We are a small independent company who doesn't buy stock if we haven't the money to pay for it straight away. So we are at no risk of going broke with outstanding orders we can't fill!

Contacting our customers. All our shop despatch emails are sent from a person not automated. So if you have a question you can simply reply to the email. We do not send emails from 'do not reply!'.

How do I Order?

*You can browse the shop by department or look down the product item list in the left hand menu to select by item.

*If you want to look at something click on the link or the picture.

*When you want to buy something click on the 'Add to Cart' button. A new window will then open showing you your shopping basket on the Paypal secure payment page.

*When you have finished shopping click on 'Proceed to Checkout' on the payment page.

*If you close down your shopping basket page by accident don't worry - you can open it again by clicking the 'View Cart' button at the top of the left hand menu

Can I pay by cheque or postal order?

Yes of course. Please send your cheque or postal order made payable to Indie Shaman Limited together with details of your order to: Indie Shaman Shop, Indie Shaman Limited, 16 Littledean, Yate, Bristol, BS37 8UL. You may also contact us via email or using our 'contact us' page to place an order and we will reserve your goods for you until your cheque arrives. Or if you prefer phone us on 01454 855755. Postage time may be subject to cheque clearance.

Can I pay by credit card?

Yes, we accept credit card payment via Paypal. You do not need a Paypal account to use this secure payment service. Paying via Paypal means the payment gets to us automatically so you're item is 'sold' from the moment you pay for it. To buy by credit card follow the instructions in "1. How do I order?" above.

How do I know my Credit Card details are safe?

When you order from Indie Shaman we don't see or have access to your credit card details. See www.paypal.com for more information on how Paypal protects your financial information.

How long will my order take?

Please allow us 5 working days to dispatch your order although we frequently dispatch orders on the day we receive them.

What should I do if my goods don't arrive within 2 weeks?
Contact us as soon as possible. Goods do very occasionally get lost in the post and we need to know about if this happens. You can contact us via email, phone 01454 855755 or by using our contact us page.
What if I don't like the goods when I get them?

Indie Shaman Limited prides itself on the quality of items on offer and hopes you will be pleased with any items you purchase. However we do offer a 7 day money back guarantee. All goods may be returned within 7 days of delivery, without reason, providing they are in the perfect condition that they were delivered in. Do you wholesale?

Indie Shaman does not currently offer a wholesale service.
