Terms and Conditions
Orders are normally processed within 5 working days of receipt and dispatched by 1st class post, 1st class recorded post or courier unless stated otherwise. No order will be deemed to constitute a contract of sale irrespective of the manner of its transmission until the Goods are dispatched by Indie Shaman Limited.
Money back Guarantee & Returns - All goods may be returned within 7 days of delivery without reason, providing that they are in the perfect condition that they were delivered in.
Notification of any damaged items, shortages or other discrepancies must be received within 7 days of delivery. You can notify us by email or phone (please refer to our contact page for contact details). We will refund your postage costs provided the order is damaged or faulty.
The Buyer will be liable for the cost of remedying damage to returned goods where such damage has in the opinion of Indie Shaman Limited been caused by the goods being inadequately packaged by the Buyer. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Payment - All prices are in £ sterling. The price payable shall be that displayed at the time of ordering. Payment can currently be made by credit card via Paypal (you do not need a Paypal account), cheque from a UK bank, or Postal Order. Please do not send cash. Cheques should be made out to Indie Shaman Limited and will require standard clearing period (usually 3 working days) before goods are dispatched. Goods remain the property of Indie Shaman Limited until fully paid for.
Legal Liability - The contracts from the sales of goods by Indie Shaman Limited shall be subject to and governed by English law. Liability of Indie Shaman and/or the Seller shall in no circumstance exceed the original value of the price charged for the goods. Indie Shaman Limited cannot accept liability for injury or negative consequence of using the products it sells.
Indie Shaman Limited shall not be held liable for any losses, expenses or consequential loss incurred by the Buyer or any other person or company however arising whether directly or indirectly out of a failure to meet an estimated delivery date.
Acceptance of terms - By placing an order with Indie Shaman Limited you are agreeing to be bound by our terms and conditions. Indie Shaman Limited's failure to insist upon strict adherence to any of the terms and conditions with this contract shall not be deemed a waiver of its rights within these terms and conditions.
Data Protection Act - Indie Shaman Limited is committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. We will not e-mail you in the future unless it is requested or directly related to your purchase of our goods, or a reply. We do not collect email addresses from shop customers for marketing purposes and we will not pass your email address or any personal information to any third party.
