If you do feel you need to cancel your subscription we would be very grateful if you could let us know the reasons why. Your feedback is very valuable so we can ensure we provide the best possible service to our subscribers.
So we hope you aren’t leaving us but if you do need to cancel your subscription you can easily do so by any of the following methods:
If you have a PayPal subscription –
- By contacting us via our contact form or email and we will cancel your subscription for you.
- By logging into your PayPal account and cancelling the subscription from there.
If you have a standing order subscription
- You can cancel your subscription via telephone or online banking or by going into your bank branch. We cannot cancel standing order payments for you as we cannot give instructions to your bank regarding standing orders.
When a subscription is cancelled no further payment will be taken and it will not be renewed the following year. We will usually continue to send any magazines due until the subscription expires. If you require a refund please see our refund terms and conditions below.
Magazine Subscription Refund and Replacement Terms and Conditions
A full refund may be issued if you change your mind after first subscribing. Cancellation and refund requests should be received within 14 days from receiving your first magazine. You can notify us by email or by using our contact page. If you request a refund when you have received only one print issue you can request to return the issue, if unopened, at your own cost for a full refund; refunds will be made after the magazine is returned.
If you request a refund you may be offered a partial refund dependent on how many magazines you have already received, either in print or digital format, at the date the refund is issued. .
Cancellations may also be requested at any point during a subscription. When a subscription is cancelled after its first year, it will not then be renewed the following year and we will usually continue to send any magazines due until the subscription expires. If you request a refund you may be offered a partial refund dependent on how many magazines you have already received during your subscription year (from the last payment received), either in print or digital format, at the date the refund is issued.
A refund will be issued if we are unable to accept your subscription.
Notification of damaged print magazine issues should be received within 30 days of delivery. You can notify us by email, phoning 01246 251768 or by using our contact page. We usually will send you a replacement issue unless you request otherwise.
